Terms of Entry
There is no minimum investment amount required to purchase units of participation in the UCF's Common Investment Funds.
However, initial investments of less than $1,000 are generally discouraged unless significant or systematic additions are expected to follow. Additions may be made in any amount.
Money received by Noon for investment in one of the UCF's Common Investment Funds will be credited to the account on the next business day. Money received after Noon is credited on the business day following the next business day.
Additions are credited to accounts in the form of participatory units, the number of which is equal to the dollar amount received divided by the daily net asset value per share next calculated for the fund. No commission is charged upon entry, withdrawal, or transfer of funds.
Except in certain situations, securities may not be transferred directly to the Foundation for investment in the Common Investment Funds. Please contact the President of the Foundation if there are extenuating circumstances suggesting that a direct transfer of securities might be wise.
