Transfer Privilege

As needs change, participants may transfer holdings between Funds at any time at no charge. A schedule for the regular transfer of amounts from one Fund to another may also be submitted.

Transfers require written notice being sent to the Foundation via email, fax or surface delivery indicating how much money is to be transfered from one Fund to another. Transfer requests received before Noon are ordinarily executed the next business day based upon the unit values calculated for the date the request was received. Transfer requests received after Noon may not be executed until the business day following the next business day.

Under unusual circumstances, and to protect the interests of all other participants, the Foundation reserves the right to refuse a requested transfer if, in management's judgment, the Fund would be unable to redeem and reinvest the proceeds effectively in accordance with the Foundation's investment objectives and policies.
