Redeeming Units of Participation

Redemptions may be requested in writing via fax, email or surface delivery for a portion or all of a participant's interest in one or more Funds.

Units held are redeemed at the unit value calculated after the markets close on the day the request was received. Funds realized are transferred directly to participant's checking accounts via ACH (automated clearing house) transactions.

No fee is charged for redemption of units of participation.

The Foundation reserves the right to pay all or part of a redemption request in kind -- that is, in the form of securities -- if a cash redemption would severely disrupt the fund's operation or performance. Under such circumstances, the Foundation also reserves the right to delay payment of redemption proceeds for up to seven days.
